Shipping Policy
We
ship using the US Postal Service, either standard mail or media mail.
Please allow up to 2 week for your order to arrive. For Priority Mail
there will be an extra shipping charge. If your order arrives damaged,
please contact us immediately. Due to the nature of electronic media,
we can only provide DVD's to North America (Video region 1). If you are
outside of North America, check your DVD player manual to see if your
DVD player will play "region 1" DVD's. Our DVD can also be played on
most computers with a DVD drive. Any DVD or DVD/Roughout combination
shipped outside the US will need to have extra postage applied.
Return Policy
CarvingVideos.com will exchange any defective DVD within 14 days of delivery. We will only exchange a video for the same title. Due to the nature of digital media, NO refunds are allowed.
